| Lisa Turner is knowledgeable in many Massage modalities and being a continuing education "junkie", Lisa incorporates many styles of massage into every session. A Certified Reflexologist, Lisa believes the body begins from the ground up and will leave you feeling complete from head to toe.
Modalities Lisa may include in your session are: Swedish, Trigger Point Release/Deep Tissue, Sports/PNF Stretching, Aromatherapy, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Cranial Sacral Therapy and Thai Massage.
Geriatrics, Special needs and Expecting Mothers are also welcome as Lisa has had much experience in Massage with all client types and can accommodate clients' needs quite deftly. Please notify our receptionist at time of booking of any special situations, if pregnant/how far along, and/or concerns or sensitivities if necessary.
