CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life can change unexpectedly, and at times this may affect your appointment with us. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows are detrimental to our individual small businesses and the time we reserve specifically for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Appointment confirmations are provided as a courtesy, not as an obligation. Not receiving a confirmation text or call does not waive cancellation fees.
Missed appointments and late cancellations may incur the following fees:
•More than 48 hours before scheduled service: No charge.
•48 hours before service: 25% of the service cost.
•24 hours before service: 50% of the service cost.
•Same-day cancellation or no-show: 75% of the service cost.
If this becomes a persistent issue, we reserve the right to refuse future services or require a credit card on file.
Specialty services may require a deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service.
LATE / TARDY POLICY
To ensure the promptness of all appointments and respect the time of every guest, we reserve the right to reschedule any appointment if a client arrives 10 minutes or more late
WEDDING PARTIES / GROUP BOOKINGS
As a courtesy to our service professionals and the time reserved specifically for you, we require a 7-day cancellation notice for all appointments.
A valid credit card is required to secure every reservation. Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s) to the card on file.
Clients are responsible for the full value of all services booked.
Arriving one hour or more past your scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show and will result in 100% of the booked service(s) being charged to the credit card on file. Service will not be guaranteed.
PRICING POLICY
All prices quoted or appearing in print are starting at and subject to change without notice.
GUARANTEE SERVICES
We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, contact us within the following timeframes so we can schedule an adjustment:
•Hair services: Contact us within 7 days of your appointment.
•Nail, lash, spa, or body wax services: Contact us within 3 days of your appointment.
Adjustments must be scheduled within these respective timeframes.
Concerns reported after 7 days (hair) or 3 days (nails, lashes, spa, body waxing) from the original appointment date will not automatically be considered an adjustment. We will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
For best results, we recommend scheduling your adjustment with the original service provider. They will be most familiar with the work performed and your desired outcome.
If you received services from an independent technician at Avalon Salon & Co, any adjustment will be scheduled directly with the independent technician who performed the original service to qualify for a complimentary adjustment.
GUARANTEE PRODUCTS
Just as we want you to be satisfied with your service, we also want you to love the products you’re purchasing.
We gladly accept product returns within 30 days of purchase, provided that at least two-thirds (2/3) of the product remains.
Please note the following exceptions:
Spa products: Circadia and Bushbalm products must be in new, unopened condition to be eligible for return
Jewelry and hair accessories are final sale unless defective at the time of purchase.
Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.
CELL PHONES AND HAND HELD DEVICES
As a courtesy to others, please silence your devices and do not use speaker phone.
