We understand that life can change unexpectedly and at times it may effect your appointment with us. Last minute cancellations and "no shows" are detrimental to our business. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Confirmations are a courtesy, not an obligation on our part. If you have not received a confirmation it does not waive cancellations fees. Missed appointments may incur the following fees.
Cancellation more than 48 hours before scheduled service: No Charge
Cancellation 48 hours before service: 25% of Service Charge
Cancellation 24 hours before service: 50% of Service Charge
Cancellation or No Show day of service: 75% of service.
Specialty Services may require a deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable when services are cancelled under 48 hours of service.
LATE / TARDY POLICY
To ensure the promptness of all reservations, we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 min's or later.
WEDDING PARTIES / GROUP BOOKINGS
As a courtesy to our staff professionals, we require a 7 day cancellation notice. A credit card will be required to reserve all appointments. Any cancelations made with less than 7 days notice will be charged 50% of the canceled service(s) to the credit card on file. Client will be responsible for full value of service's booked. Tardiness of 1 hour or more, will be considered a "No-show" and result in 100% of the cost of the booked service(s) will be placed on the credit card.
All prices quoted or appearing in print are starting at and subject to change without notice.
We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. If you are not 100% satisfied we ask that you contact us within 5 days of your appointment so that we may schedule you to have your services adjusted. Any issues reported longer than 5 days from the original appointment date will not immediately be considered an adjustment but will be assessed on a case by case basis. We recommend if you need an adjustment to your service to see the original provider so that they can see what needed to be fixed. If you see an independent technician for services at Avalon Salon, you will need to set up an adjustment with only the independent technician who performed the services to receive a complimentary adjustment.
Just as we want you to be satisfied with your hair we want you to be happy with the products you are using. We will gladly accept returns within 30 days from purchase as long as at least 2/3 of the product is remaining. All gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.
